Thanks, Stan. Your reply prompted me to realise that I could answer my own
question so I did a search for surname BELL, 1913 to 1920. Unfortunately,
names of spouses and mothers weren't included in any of results.

I'm not sure who to write to to ask if this will change, but I've sent a
note to the Freebmd administration address. Hope I get a reply and that
it's positive.
