Thank you for your reply. I fully understand what you say, fortunately I
think this a friendly list, and not one where you have to watch your 'Ps and
Qs', unlike some lists.
In her original email Sandy asked the list "Can anyone share any insights on
this name?" so I expected replies to the list, as you never how many others
might be interested in the details. Another reason for sharing information on
the list is that it subjects the information to scrutiny by others who might
spot errors or add more detail.
