I too have been interested in Roddy"s Regt. I found the web site before joining this list.
At the time I was looking for some of my Davis ancestors. I noticed the Bill Dutton and
kinda had a feeling he may be related to me, but being ignorant of my roots at the time I
had no way of knowing for sure. The Davis's on that page are all ancestors of mine. I too
am related to a large amount of Parkerss. My gtgrandpa Luther Dutton had some books made
several years ago and it goes down the family tree all the way back to Mose Lindsey of Va.
about 1705. It has a large contingent of pics and info on Lindseys Parkers, Robins and a
few others. I have access to a copy of it and have thought of putting up a web site with
all the p[ics and info on it. It is about the size of a readers digest with about 200
pages and comes all the way up to about the middle seventies. Anyone else on the list have
a copy? I was just a kid when he got the books and I have spent countless hours pouring
over the picture and info. If anyone has any info they need that could be in the book let
me know. I can get my mothers copy and give some info.
