Tomorrow I will mail two more CDs. When that is done, I will have sent them
to the following persons (since the addresses were sent privately, I will
not give them in full on the list). If you were expecting a CD and don't
see your name here, drop me a note and I'll check it out. If you *are* on
the list, but still don't have your CD by mid-March, also contact me.
