At the time of the 1880 census in Providence RI, there was a Jeremiah Maney, widower, living with son Lot, born NY and daughter Ellen, 15 born in RI. Could this have been the husband of Mary. I have a missing Mary Dwyer from the Cahirciveen area of Kerry, born around 1839. It's possible she could have married Jeremiah Maney. Jeremiah is living next door to a family who spells their name Mahaney, perhaps the same family with a different spelling. Jeremiah is still living in 1900 in Providence when he resides with his married daughter.
