It appears that your Isaac Dyer (b. 1773), son of Anthony (b.
1744,Truro) may be the one reported in Frank Dyer's genealogy of the
descendants of Dr. William Dyer of Truro, which can be found at:

If so, I would be very interested (as would Frank Dyer) in learning the
details of your ancestry. Further information on places of birth,death,
dates of birth,death, spouses, marriages and the citations of the
sources of your information on each event. If you are tracking your
ancestry using a genealogy software program, this sort of information
can be easily exchanged over e-mail by making GEDCOM copies of relevant
branches of your tree.

Frank Dyer's main page has information on several thousand DYERs all
descended from New England DYER ancestors.
