Another Oscar Dyer is the adopted son of George Riley Dyer and
Emaline VanWinkle. Oscar D. Dyer born 26 Nov 1877 Bristow, Perry
Co., Indiana, died 13 Dec 1903 in Dallas Co., Iowa. His birth
parents are unknown but were thought to maybe be a family of the
surname WHITE.
