I just saw this in the Sunday's Los Angeles TIMES introducing
www.currency-to-go.com. Says you can get foreign currency delivered
overnight and a free 60 minute calling card. Before your next trip, its easy
to get any of 75 foreign currencies delivered by the next bnusiness day. The
rates are competitive with no exchange fees and you can pay with any Master
Card or Visa. When you order currency online by 12 December 1999 you get a
60 minute calling card free.

I don't know if this is for individuals or companies but it might help since
Ruesch has raised its fee so high.
