Was there a local trade directory published during the period 1863 to 1870?

It seems my Charles TUDOR had retired from (?) a career with HM Customs in
Liverpool and bought or leased an inn in Solva or Lower Solva by 1863 but
died before the 1881 census was taken.

If anyone has a relevant trade directory could they please check for me and
see which inn he's listed in connection with?

Alternatively does anyone know what pubs and inns were operating in the
village(s) at that time?
