I'm sorry, Lisa. I have been content to read other's posts instead of
posting myself. So, here goes:

My name is Donna VanArsdall (married name Hoffman). My father was Donald
Rice VanArsdall (he later changed his spelling to VanArsdale) b. 6/19/21
d.12/9/79 son of Curtis Frances VanArsdall (b.2/16/1897 d.3/5/1942) and
Cyntia Francis McFarland, son of Muscoe Thompson VanArsdale (11/25/1854
d.4/23/38) and Ada Mae Heath, son of Thomas Jefferson VanArsdale
(1827-1887) and Mary Helen Nooe (1836-1922), son of John Isaac VanArsdale
(1800-1890) and Nancy Smock, son of Cornelius O. VanArsdale (1762-1843)
and *Elizabeth VanArsdale (1772-1855), son of Ouke Vanarsdale (1730-1796)
and Maria Van Cleve (1734-1762), son of Christoffel VanArsdale (b.1696)
and Magdalen Van Hegelen, son of Jan VanArsdale (1667-1756) and Lammetje
Probasko, son of Symon Jansen VanAertsdalen and Pieteje Classen VanSchow.

*Elizabeth d.o. Cornelius A. VanArsdale (1748-1840 and Jannnetteje Baird,
son of Abraham VanArsdale (1708-1853) and Maria Van Nuys, son of
Cornelius Simonse VanArsdale (1660-1745) and Marretje Dirkse Amerman
(b.1672), son of Symon Jansen VanAertsdalen and Pieterje Claesen
VanSchow.

I have composed this rather quickly and realize I haven't been true to
the changes in the spelling so please don't jump on me for that.

I'm very interested in finding more information on the maternal lines of
this family. Also would love to hear by e-mail to from
any "cousins" who may read this.
