Barbara-It is all very confusing because of so many duplications of names,
etc. There were 2 Cornelia Van Ness's, born 24 days apart in 1721/22 One
was the daughter of Henry Van Ness, the other the daughter of Simon Van Ness.
They were brothers, who came to New Jersey in1705, with Isaac Vandercook.
Henry's daughter Cornelia and Isaac's son Michael were in my line.
Evidently, Simon's daughter is in your line. I got this information from a
Vandercook Genealogy abstract from the Library of Congress, graciously sent
to me by Denise Lindfield. Her e-mail address is: .
