Bill,

This is exactly the proper forum for such postings, but sometimes they
get lost in the shuffle. Generally if you do not see your posting
withing 24 hours, resubmit it. The processing is done via computer and
generally not monitored, but if there is a problem in processing, you
should get an error message back.
