There is a wonderful book on Franklin D. Roosevelt, that I found in the
Sarasota Library in FL. It is called, "Franklin D. Roosevelt's Colonial
Ancestors", sub titled, "Their part in the Making of American History",
by Alvin Page Johnson, Life member, New England Historic Genealogical
Society, issued by Lothrop, Lee & Shepard Co. of Boston, either just
before or after FDR became President.
It has all the genealogies of Franklin's family. I only copied the
pages that traced back to my line, Deacon Samuel Wright; but it would be
worth reading by anyone, even if some of the information turns out to be
not quite accurate.
