Here are the directions:
After typing the URL,
http://searches2.rootsweb.com/~cqi-bin/listsearch.pl,
type in "Dutch-Colonies-L". Click "SUBMIT". Then type in "John Doe".
Click SEARCH.

I used to access above frequently for 1½ years. Now I cannot
access it. Maybe it will be back shortly.
