It is Anjou's footnotes and family histories that should be
avoided.
In his transcribed wills, simply ignore his footnotes or at least
treat them with scepticism unless you can verify his remarks
independently (and with primary sources).
The wills themselves (minus any of Anjou's comments) are to
the best of my knowledge, fine to use.
