I used the online Ancestry.com database, so I am not sure if
this set of records is available on CD ROM or elsewhere.

Ancestry has a special 14 day free trial for their USA/Canada
data subscription -- and you can view the database above on
that. That should be reasonable enough cost-wise :-)
