Bob,
This isn't the Coenradt who mrd Antje Van Eps. This Coenradt b. 1684
apparently never married at all as his will (below) leaves everything to
siblings, nieces and nephews. The Coenradt who mrd Antje was the one bp NY
RDC December 13, 1675 to Coenraedt Ten Eyck (Jr.) and Belitje Hercks.

Page 317.--In the name of God, Amen. I, COENRADT TEN EYCK, of New York,
cordwainer, being weak in body. I leave to Neeltie Roorback, wife of
Frederick Roorback, the only child of Dirck Ten Eyck, deceased, œ20. To the
children of my late nephew, John Ten Eyck, of Kinderhook, in Albany County,
cordwainer, œ20 among them. I leave to my brother, Abraham Ten Eyck, of New
York, cordwainer, all that messuage, or dwelling house and lot, wherein
Erasmus Williams now lives, situate on the west side of Broad street, in New
York. And he is to pay to the children of my nephew, Dirck Ten Eyck,
deceased, œ25, And to Affie Van Varick, wife of Andrew Van Varick, bolter,
œ25, The said Dirck Ten Eyck and the said Affie Van Varick being two of the
children of my deceased brother, Andrew Ten Eyck. I leave to my brother
Abraham all my wearing apparell and household furniture and 1/2 of all the
rest of my estate. And I leave 1/4 to Affie Van Varick, and 1/4 to the
children of my nephew, Dirck Ten Eyck, son of my brother Andrew. I make my
brother Abraham and my nephew, Richard Ten Eyck, and John Lewis, executors.
Dated January 11, 1758.

Witnesses, Charles Beekman, Henry Ludlow, Jr., Benjamin Helme, Gent. Proved,
May 3, 1762.

[NOTE.--The house of Coenradt Ten Eyck was on the west side of Broad street,
about 50 feet south of Marketfield street.--W. S. P.]
