If you have access to a Family History Center, you can get microfilm
of the original of Selyn's will on film # 0501143. It is will #317.
The latter info is from "Early Original New York Wills" by Kenneth Scott
in NGSQ vol 51 (1963) pp90-99; 174-178; 185.
There was some discussion on this list back in 1999 about the will abstract
and the people in it. There might be some ideas there.
