From a copy of:
Atlas of the Borough of Manhattan
Pocket and Desk Edition
Compliments of Porter & Company.

GW Bromely and Co.
Publishers
c.1900 ?

247 5th Avenue was then part of a building that included 243-249 5th
Avenue on the corner of E.28th Street.
It is on the right hand side of the street headed north.
One block South and one block east was the old Madison Square Garden.
2 Blocks north on the other side of the street is the Collegiate Ref.
Church.
One block north, it says, along the middle of 5th Avenue, "Susannah
Gouthart".

This little 350 page book has no date so I have been guessing it was
printed 1880 to 1910.
Anyone know of this publication and have any idea of the date?

Good luck!
Christine
