I can only agree with part with Richard, who wrote:

The "chuh" pronunciation is used by every Dutch person I have known. I only
hear the "tee" pronunciation by people who are guessing how to pronounce
Dutch (the same people pronounce Jan like the beginning of Janet, instead of
as "Yahn.")
