Can one Tell what the names Meeting house or churches that were in Chester
near what is now Lancaster area. Date from 1710-1720. I am looking for
reformed Church meeting places.

I have family who was living in this area in 1712- . Thomas Faulkner
married Mary Katherine/Catherine Ferree. The reason I would like to know is
Story goes that Thomas Faulkner took Mary to Delaware to marry her because
there was no reformed church near. Richard Davis married Jane Ferree, Mary
sister in Delaware also. Same time frame date 1715

I think that it was far for a couple to travel from what is now Lancaster to
New Castle, New Castle, Delaware. I believe that the minister came to them
but cannot prove this.

I know that today time frame it takes 1 hr to drive from Lancaster to
Delaware. So by horse it would longer.
