A few years ago I picked up some copies of documents discovered in 1971 in
the Country Stores, East Meon, Hampshire. One of them was the Last Will &
Testament of Simon EARWAKER. This Simon EARWAKER, a shopkeeper (draper &

He mentions his nieces: Ellen SPENCER, Jane CHILDS & Mary MARSHAL. Signed

A Hampshire chimney sweep, Brian EARWICKER, has inherited a title. He is now
able to call himself Lord de Murville, originally a Norman title. He will
not be making capital of it. "I'm a Christian and do not want it" he says.
