Hi Diane,
My ancestor that is among the missing is Phoebe Fugate b abt 1776 and
died in Aug 1850. She was at one time in or near Shenandoah Co, VA
since that is where she got married to John Pennybacker in 1793. Her
mother may have been Elizabeth and had a sister, Sarah who married
Charles Beazley Shenandoah Co, VA 1794.
Really need a line on Phoebe's family.
