Hi...

Thanks for the new name.

You would think that most of the Edwards in and around that area in the 1800
s would be related, but it is very close to Wales.

I know my family were in Cheltenham & Charlton Kings at that time but have
had no luck getting past this...

I am certain that Robert was a widow when he married Jane Rose & the
marriage to Elizabeth Large is the only one that fits but is not confirmed,
Also, I find nothing about Robert so assume! that Elizabeth & Robert died in
childbirth.

Jane Rose had a brother William Powell Rose who like Robert was a plasterer.
I can only assume (again) that they worked together & he met Jane through
him. Robert took the family + Mum & Dad to London. The reason - who knows
work maybe. The Rose family stayed in Charlton Kings.

Last year (Aug) I travelled around the area but the local history soc was
closed for holidays.

I did not find out anything but gained a feeling for the area.

So, meanwhile I compile every Edwards born & living in and around Glous &
London it will take a long while to connect the dots... 20 years so for.

They have to be connected!
