Hello, I've just subscribed and of course am looking for a connection to my
Edwards family.
I have AZARIAH EDWARDS who was b. VA in 1769, his mother's name was probably
Rebecca. He and wife, Hannah, and 4 children moved to Smithfield, Jefferson
Co., Ohio about 1802. They had a total of 12 children; PHOEBE b. 1796, m.
Richard Dobin; NANCY b.1797, m. Abraham Lanning (they moved to Maryland);
MARY b.1799; WILLIAM b. 1800; ELIZABETH b. 1801, m. John Smith; HANNAH b.1804,
m. Joseph Smith.
JOSEPH b. 1803; SUSANNAH (my line) b. 1808, m. George Fisher 1827; DAVID
b.1809; REBECCA b. 1811; MARIA b. 1815, m. Daniel Haynes (and had one son.)
AZARIAH Jr. b. 1818.
