I am the grandaughter of Eva Emeline Hatfield who was the daughter of Susan
Ellen Edwards, (b. 2/8/1857), daughter of Thomas Edwards, who was son of
Arthur Edwards, who was son of John Edwards, who was son of Thomas Nathaniel
Edwards and Elizabeth Isabelle Downing. My genealogy chart show the sons of
John Edwards to be Arthur, William, Joshua, Owen, Thomas and Isaac. There may
have been another son named Samuel born between Joshua and Owen. I'm not sure
because it looks as though it was crossed out on my copy of an old document.
I don't have birthdates for any of John's children or his wifes name. If
anyone can give me this information, I would appreciate it. I would be happy
to share documents or information with any interested parties.
