My Thomas J. Edwards was born 1818 on a ship that left Wales and was
coming to the US.
I do not know his parents names. He had the following children with his
American wife Chloe:
John born 1846 in NY
Elvira born 1848 in NY
Samuel Munson born 1849 in NY
Lucinda born 1849 in NY
Floyd born 1862 ?
Charles Edwin born 1856 in WI
Sarah born 1857 in WI
Owen Francis born 1859 in WI
Frank born 1862 in WI

I thought the Owen might fit into your family names.

Any idea of how I would proceed on the Wales side. Ship records were not
kept in America in 1818.
