Hello, I am still searching for any information on Thomas Edwards born June
11, 1792 (think Wheeling area) married to Mary (Randolph?) DOB April 1796.
I know factually they migrated to Ohio and died in Hopewell Twp, Perry
County, Ohio. I have located Thomas and Mary's burial site (in the
Hopewell area) a long with other family members. I also have probate and
will records listing children. I am in need of Thomas's and Mary's parents
or siblings.

Below are some of my findings for Thomas Edwards and Mary;

Gravesite findings (Located at the rear of the Hopewell Methodist Church
Yard, Hopewell Twp., Perry Co., Ohio, is the burial site of seven members
of Edwards family. Buried their are Thomas Edwards, Mary Edwards, Richard
R. Edwards, Lewis Edwards, Maxwell Edwards, Mary C. Edwards and an unknown
marker within the bounds of the Edwards site.)

Probate Court findings for Lewis Edwards, son of Thomas Edwards (Lewis
Edwards Last Will and Testament in probate listed his death as Aug. 1870,
"having no widow or children". Listed as brothers and sisters were as
follows; Perry Edwards, Hannah Edwards, Elizabeth Poorman intermarried with
Henry Poorman, Lydia A Henderson intermarried with William Henderson,
Martha J. Melick, intermarried with James W. Malick. Also the following
persons were listed, Nelson Edwards, deceased, brother of Lewis Edwards,
Ellen Jane Edwards married to Calfank, and Emily C. Hill, only child and
living heir of Maxwell Edwards (deceased) who was the brother of the said
Lewis Edwards deceased. Lewis Edwards was under the will of his father
Thomas Edwards.)

Census findings (1850 US Census, Hopewell Twp., Perry County, Ohio lists
page Hse/Fam 921/921, Edwards, Thomas 57 Yrs., Male, Farmer Value 3,000,
born Virginia; Mary, 54 Yrs., female, born PA. ; Richard, 25 Yrs., male,
Farmer, born PA. ; Lydia A. 24 Yrs., female, born PA. ; Lewis 22 Yrs.,
male, Teacher, born PA. ; Hannah, 18 Yrs., female, born Ohio; Elizabeth, 18
Yrs., female, born Ohio; Perry, 12 Yrs., male, born Ohio; Perry, 12 Yrs.,
male, born Ohio, (listed under remarks "School"); James, 9 Yrs., male, born
Ohio; Martha J, 5 Yrs., female, born Ohio:)
