It appears many of the early Edwards immigrated from Wales.
My Grandfather, John Edwards, lived in Benedict, Charles County, Maryland in
the late 1800s. Moving to Baltimore around the turn of the century.
Some time ago, there was mention of a Joseph Edwards coming from Wales to
Manhattan, and then to Benedict, Maryland. I feel he must be an ancestor.
Does anyone have any information about him?
