Remember... this book is not documented as it should be. No author is
given, no publisher is given.
It is titled
HISTORICAL AND BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH OF THE EDWARDS (EDWARDES, EDWARD)
FAMILY
Gives the origin of the name..


Your Robert is too late..
The book states: ..... In 1620 this hall was abndoned when the three
brothers, Thomas, Robert and William, grandsons of Richard emigrated to
America to settle land granted themfor service rendered to the Kin.

Descendents of Robert Edwards of Concord, MA:
I. Robert Edwards (?-1650) emigrated to America abut 1640 and settled in
Concord, MA. He married Christian?. Issue: Sarah; Christian; & others not
listed and unknown.

III. John Edwards (1686-1760) son of ??? (parents' names unknown, though
recorded as grandson of Robert) married Mary Melvin. Issue: Nathaniel.

There are 37 pages in this sketch. I won't give more here.. as some of it
is so questionable.

New world immigrants shows a Robert Edwards in NH in 1634.
