Hi, I know this is very late but the person you're looking for is Mary McPherson's daughter, Mary Magdelen DeSaussure. They had a daughter named Septima who was born 1802 in SC and died 2 Oct 1839. She married a Napoleon Bonaparte Screven and they had a daughter named Jane Edwards Screven.
