Hi Jim/Sheila!!

Where my William hails from?...

While I have never seen any hard truth documentation,
it appears all research leads to his birth in KY, 1780.

Further research indicates he married Hannah Sarah Ferrel; the daughter of
James Ferrell (Member of the original founders of Dayton, Ohio); and lived
in Clark, Miami, Shelby and Mercer counties of Ohio; the latter county being
the last county known prior to death in 1844.
