Hello,

I am trying to find the name of the father of Elizabeth Sarah Curtis who was christened on 1 August 1852 at Westley Waterless, Cambridge. I cannot find a birth registration for her. Her mother's name was Rebecca Curtis who was widowed in 1849 when her husband Charles Curtis died. I am anxious to find who the father was. If someone in that area could help me I would be most appreciative and could offer help to records in Sydney that might be required.

Elizabeth Curtis was listed as age 3 years in May 1855, when she sailed on the "Ramillies" to Australia with her mother and older siblings thereby supporting that she must have been christened very soon after she was born. On the ship records the "religion" was listed as Wesleyan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
