Hi Patricia

Have just had a look through my records - there is a James Wilson son of
Mary and Joseph Wilson, born in Moreton. so the name carried in my line.
Possibly your James Wilson was a brother to Joseph - I will have to do some
digging on this but just now with Christmas around the corner - I'm a bit
busy. I will however get to it later. Do you know the new address for the
Cheshire Parish Register Project by any chance? I somehow have lost it. I
thought I had book marked it..

This is what I have on the family of Joseph Wilson & Mary Ann Jones (married
at St Oswald's Dec 29 1835)

Nov 8 1839 - John - m. Martha Hale of Moreton Dec 30 1858
Nov 11 1841 - William - my ggrandfather-m.Margaret Henry - St Oswards, 1863
Nov 11 1841 - Thomas (twin of William died in1846 at age 4
Nov 10 1843 - Mary - Single in the 1881 census
Jan 2 1846 - Joseph- marr Sarah
Apr. 23 1848 - Elizabeth
July 4 1850 - Robert- m. Ann
Apr 16 1853 - Henry- marr. Mary
Apr 1855 - Thomas
June 23 1856 - James - James is still single on the 1891 census

Joseph Wilson's Father was William Wilson who married Elizabeth Kemp on May
20 1801 at St. Oswalds. They were both from Saughall Massey.

I would love to make a connection, as so far, I have had now luck.

Please do keep in touch if I should forget to get back to you

Marjorie Wilson - Best Wishes for a Happy Christmas
