Hallo Glenys:
In the 1866 street directory of Illogan, under Residence, Harris' Mill and Voguebeloth are shown as being one place "Harris' Mill or Voguebeloth".
1866:
WILLIAM HARRIS, Miller, Harris' Mill or Voguebeloth, Illogan.
There are eleven other families living in Harris' Mill including a grocer, miners, engine men, etc. and I wonder if Harris' Mill is perhaps a small hamlet in Illogan, but maybe someone who knows the area well can clarify.
William Harris, Miller, is also shown as living there in 1856, but the place is stated as Voguebilough.
In the 1883 Kelly's Directory of Illogan, there is the following entry:
WILLIAM HARRIS, Water Miller, Illogan
Best wishes, Joan
