Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with regards to an ancestor of mine that lived and died in Redruth, Cornwall.

His name was Charles Grose, born approx 1800 - parents were likely to have been Walter and Eleanor Grose or possibly Charles and Catherine Grose.

He was married in 1825 in Saint Austell to an Ann ( There were 2 Charles Grose's who married an Ann in April 1825 - The first married an Ann Telbert on the 13.4.1825 and the second Charles Grose married an Ann Julbert/Jilbert on the 30.4.1825 !!) I am not sure which of these 2 I am looking for, but I do know that The correct Charles and his wife had 3 children Charles Walter DOB. 1829 Elisabeth Mary DOB. 1831 and Joseph DOB. 1834.

Charles Grose was buried in Reduth on the 23.5.1837 aged approx. 37 years. I believe his death was notified in March 1840 and the GRO reference is Volume 9 Page 180. I have been trying without success to obtain a copy/photocopy of his death certificate, but as I live in Australia, I have found this very hard - could anyone help???
