Yes, they will. The one from the GRO will be on their standard size form and
be a photocopy of the entry in the register, as with birth and marriage
certificates they have the facilities to scan in and crop the entry to show just
the one required.
The one from Sunderland will be hand written by the registrar. This is based
on the certificates that I have received.
