Dear All,

I have managed to order no fewer than three wrong birth certificates whilst
looking for my G Grandmother, Elizabeth BENNETT b. Monkwearmouth about 1865.
If anybody has an interest in any of these certificates, please let me know
offlist and I will post them to you.

They are:

Elizabeth BENNETT b. 30th September 1863, Monkwearmouth. Daughter of
William BENNETT, coalminer and Elizabeth BENNETT, formerly WEST.

Elizabeth BENNETT b. 10th December 1864, Westoe, South Shields. Daughter of
Edward BENNETT and Mary Ann BENNETT, formerly LEARMOUNT

Elizabeth BENNETT b. 21st December 1862 (birth not registered until Feb
1863), Winalton, Gateshead. Daughter of William BENNETT and Hannah BENNETT,
formerly LAYBOURN

The Elizabeth BENNETT that I'm actually looking for was daughter of James
and Ann BENNETT, formerly WIDDRINGTON. The parents were married in
Gateshead in 1857 and subsequently moved to Sunderland. Elizabeth BENNETT
married Frederick PALLETT in 1882. If anyone has any information about her
I'd be grateful to know - I don't think I can face getting any more wrong
certificates!
