Don't know anything of Will above Marilyn but how's this :-
CREW Robert 30 Aug 1851 23 Hawkesbury
Labourer Q/Gc6/2 being the date said Robert was incarcerated at
Gloucester Gaol aged 23 and the reference number being a big book at
Gloucester Record Office which will give the details of the crime and
sentence and if you are lucky a physical description.
