Hi Robert
I had Adobe Reader 7 but it seems that I needed Adobe Reader 8. Using
your link I've downloaded the later versions and can now access the new
files. May take me some time to read it all though!!

The Atkyns and Rudder links seem to work for me they are in .pdf format
you
may not have Acrobat loaded on your PC or you need to update your
version.
to check go to the Documents index and see if the second line works for
the
documents in .pdf format if not there is a link on the first line for
downloading Acrobat.
