Hello Den you're message is fine to the list).
We have checked Elson St Thomas',Forton St John,St Matthews and there 's no
sign of the first marriage so looks as though that one may have been either at
the registry Office or a non conformist church.
Didn't realize you were into HABENS too?

This is my first attempt at writing to the list, could anyone tell me which
churches, the following members of my ancestors were married please?

23rd Feb 1851 - John Habens married Elizabeth Phillpott

Sept 1/4 1883 - Josiah Habens married Louisa Hinks

All I have is they were married in the Alverstoke area, but I cannot seem
to
find them? If anyone have the details I would be very grateful.
