Hello All,

One of the AntiVirus websites has sent out a message dated 9th March, to
say that there is a Worm Virus on its way. Norton has just put out a
second Anti Virus up-date today. Up-date are usually once a week.

It is the usual Drill for subscribers, keep your Anti Virus protection up
to-date and make sure you have done your weekly Backup of your files.

DO NOT OPEN ANY ATTACHMENTS, if you get an attachment and you have not
been asked if you can be sent an attachment, either go back to the person
who has sent the attachment or deleted it. If you get an attachment from
your family still ask what it is about, they may have the Virus and not
know they have it, and can pass it on to you, this has already happened to
someone on this list.
This week I had to go back to someone and ask, did you send me an
attachment, yes they did, but forgot to mention it. Play safe use the
Shift key and Delete key to get rid of the message from your computer.

New subscribers have you got Anti Virus Protection for you computer, if
not please go to a computer shop and get one, tried and tested Norton
Anti Virus and McAfee both very good, you up-date them every week by going
on line.
