I had a letter from Margaret yesterday enclosing a few bits and pieces
for me, one of these was I think sent in error but it is very relevant
to this topic as it is to do with the sale of Blissetts Farm.

It is headed;

The trustees of Robert Higham Charity 18th May 1970
In account with
Charles Lucas & Marshall, Solicitors, Newbury, Berks

Sale of Blissets Farm, Headley Hants

Sale Price£16,200. 0. 0
deduct Auctioneers Commission & Expenses 694.13. 1
copy documents and sundry disbursements 1.10. 0
conveyancing costs 135. 0. 0

Balance paid to the Official Custodian for Charities for Investment in
the Charities Official Investment Fund£15,369.16.11
_____________

I expect Margaret got this document out with the intention of
answering the original question and is now wondering what she did with
it, so I will be posting it back to her tommorrow
