I was born in Southampton but have lived for many years in Tucson, Arizona,
USA. I'm not really trying to trace my family back very far; my grandparents
will do very well for my purpose. I'm having a problem getting the birth
date and birth place of my maternal grandfather. Does anyone have access to
the 1891 Census? (I can find a possible in the 1901 Census but I think he'd
left home by then; I'm trying to prove that entry is him.) I'm looking for
Arthur Chandler, probable middle name Henry, who would have been 6 or 7
years old in the 1891 census. He became a farm labourer and was probably
born in Vernham Dean. Can anyone help?
Molly in Tucson
