Judy,
Can I suggest that you download and install PARLOC on your computer. It
is a little free program which is very very useful with problems like yours.
You can enter a parish and then select a radius (eg 5 miles or 10 miles)
and it will list all the parishes within that radius. It will also give
you a rough plot of the parishes, so you can get an idea of distance and
direction.
In addition you can use it to determine the distance between two parishes.
I find it an extremely useful program and an be found at:

Regards
Sandra

I have checked the PRs for 20+ Berkshire parishes close to Barkham, as well as others closer to Reading where other HANNINGTONs are found, but I have not found any further children for this particular couple. As they were buried in Barkham, it seems unlikely that they moved far away.

Can SKS who knows this area please suggest a list of border parishes around Eversley, so that I can prepare properly before my day at the HRO? Of course, if anyone actually has access to the Eversley PRs I'd be very grateful for a lookup!
