Hello Jean,
Can't help you with the marriage look up but was interested in your
connection to Maggs. I have a Mary Maggs born in Wilton, Wiltshire around
1816. Several years after marrying John North, the family moved to
Longparish, Hampshire. One of her grand children has the Name 'MAGGS' as her
middle name. (Mary Maggs North born in 1874 in Upper Clatford)If any of
these names tie up with your lot, please contact me.

could be 1813 or 1817. Taken from Pallots Marriage index.
