This looks like the family, Vicky.

1861 census:
William GRIFFITHS sawyer aged 56 at Burcott Row, parish of St John, Hereford, with
Prudence aged 52, Henry aged 20, Maria aged 13, Charles 11, all born Hereford.

William & Prudence seemed to be at 12 Friars Street in 1851 with
Edwin 13, Henry 11, Ann 9, John 7, Maria, Charles, and Emily 9 months.

In 1871, I could not find any Prudence or Phoebe, and no William entirely suitable.
