Could anyone please help?

I have a Hannah Green in my tree, she married in 1848 in Ross.
On her marriage certificate her fathers name was Phillip Green.

I believe she was baptised 17 Dec 1820, at Peterstow (source IGI).

Does anyone have access to the parish registers or could SKS please do a
lookup when the are next at the local records office.
I would like to know the information on the Baptism entry, especially the
mothers name.
