Hi everyone,

Does anyone know anything about the family of John and Anne WANT of Layston?
They had 7 children between 1730 and 1738. John WANT and Anne KENT were
married 29 sep 1729 in Layston.

These are the only WANT baptisms (and the only WANT marriage) in Layston and
I was wondering if anyone knew where John came from or if anyone knows where
the family moved to. I have a Francis WANT m.1760 in Wortham, SFK who I
cannot find despite checking the PRs of dozens of SFK parishes. I am
beginning to wonder if he came from further afield.

Any help on the WANT name would be greatly appreciated.
