A Big Hello to Everyone,
I'm sure someone can answer this question for me. My ggggrandmother Sarah BRETT listed her birthplace on the 1851 Herts census as Slowman. She married her husband James TOMLIN at St. Mary's in Hitchin. Could someone tell me how far Slowman is from Hitchin. I once located Slowman on an old map but I can't find that same map. It must have been a very small town
